Mr. Shawkat Z. Muhammad, a professor at the University of Zakho participated in an International Scientific Conference in Erbil on November 15-16, 2023.

The scientific research presented by Mr. Shawkat was entitled “The Philosophy of Higher Education: Supporting Human Development in Building the Human Self and Serving Civil Society, a Descriptive and Analytical Study.” Additionally, the conference was organized by the Manarah Development and Knowledge Agency in collaboration with the College of Islamic Sciences.
